Good-neighborly relations between the peoples of Russia and Georgia are deep routed and centuries-long. The names of Bagrationi, Kantaria and those of hundreds of thousands of Georgians who fell in battles waged together with the Russian people against foreign aggressors are gold-painted in the Tables of History.
On the night of August 8, 2008, Mr. Saakashvili traitorously encroached on this priceless heritage.
Can it be possible that Georgians, such a wise people, are not aware that Mr. Saakashvili:
1. Flagrantly violated an immemorial tradition to declare cease-fire during the Olympic Games?
2. Under various pretexts shied away from signing an agreement on the non-use of force in South Ossetia and Abkhazia?
3. Three hours before the assault on Tshinvali cynically told lies about withdrawal of troops?
4. Gave orders to kill Russian peacekeepers and peaceful citizens of South Ossetia and Russia?
5. Developed a similar plan of military aggression against Abkhazia?
6. In the face of a rightful retaliation chickened out praying his overseas patrons for additional military aid, provoking and hoping for a larger scale conflict that would go beyond the region?
7. Retraces the adventurous path of Hitler forgetting about the ignominious death of the possessed Fuhrer?
Thus, it is quite obvious, that adventurism, cynical lies, selling out national interests of Georgia and its people, fascist-like brutal treatment of Georgian citizens, including the opposition members (let us recall the bloody crackdown on a peaceful demonstration of November 7, 2007) - all those deeds and features constitute the genuine color of «democrat» Saakashvili.
